At the age of 5, Marc was hired as the chief weed-puller for Grace Property Management, the company his father founded in 1978. Marc spent many years pulling weeds, painting walls, showing properties, and collecting rents. Today, Marc is the owner and President of Grace Property Management & Real Estate. From a platform of managing over 1,200 rental properties in Denver, Grace Management helps people buy, sell, invest, flip, collect rent, evict, and have fun doing it! If you are more impressed with initials after a name– Marc holds a degree in Real Estate & Finance, has taught real estate classes in over 40 states, has been named the national property manager of the year, and is the host of the property management business podcast.

Deb Newell, PhD-ABD, MBA, is a seasoned business "Fixer and Implementer" focusing on diagnosing and treating the crucial pain points that impede organizational success. Since 2010, her expertise in people, processes, and technology has driven companies to increase revenue, expand, hire, train staff, and more. Her credentials include an MBA with dual concentrations in Leadership and Marketing, a B.S. in Political Science, and ongoing Ph.D. research in Qualitative Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her diverse background spans leadership training, business strategy, M&As, process optimization, Six Sigma, Lean Management, and a knack for tackling root issues rather than mere symptoms. Deb also brings an added layer of specialized knowledge with her extensive background in maintenance operations. Deb’s entrepreneurial journey began with founding her property management company in 2001 and a maintenance firm in 2009. She later sold these ventures, moved to Arizona, and shifted to full-time consulting. Her leadership roles include prominent real estate industry positions and multiple state and national realtor association boards. Rooted in integrity, quality service, and continuous improvement, her consultancy work has spanned from startups to Fortune 500 companies, leaving a lasting imprint on organizations globally.
