Rob Iraheta entered the property management industry in 2020 when he joined LeadSimple. Over the next four years he worked closely with property management companies across the country, supporting teams with system implementation, workflow design, accountability structures, and process optimization. His role included leading training, hosting workshops, and guiding companies through the adoption of stronger operational practices. In 2024 Rob transitioned into an in-house leadership role at a property management company in California. Today he focuses on developing teams, strengthening communication, and building sustainable systems that create consistent results for owners and residents. His experience on both the software implementation side and the operational side gives him a practical and grounded understanding of what it takes to prepare a team for long-term success. Outside of work Rob brings the same curiosity and energy to his personal interests. He is a coffee enthusiast, gamer, grill master, lifelong learner, and sports fan who enjoys taking on new challenges and picking up new skills.
