K. Harvesting AI: A Practical Toolkit for Today’s Property Manager

AI is no longer a nice-to-have. It is becoming a daily power tool for property managers buried in emails, notices, renewals, maintenance requests, leasing tasks, and constant owner and tenant communication. In this fast-paced, hands-on workshop, attendees will get 10 practical AI tools and ready-made prompts they can put to work within a week of leaving Napa. The focus is on safe, vendor-neutral, mostly free or low-cost tools that solve real problems in property management. From finding new owner leads and running rental comp analysis to handling delinquencies, maintenance communication, leasing support, recruiting, and business presentations, this session is built to give attendees ideas they can use right away.
