Susie Lein is a partner with the Law Offices of Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP. Susie practices in the area of landlord/tenant law with an emphasis on fair housing and affordable housing issues. She has been an attorney with Kimball, Tirey & St. John since 2003. Susie graduated from Chapman University School of Law in 2002 with a certificate in environmental, land use and real estate law and is an active member of the California State Bar. She has her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California at Davis. Prior to law school, she taught English in Japan for 4 years. Susie is a frequent speaker for real estate associations including CAA, IREM and AHMA, and provides landlord/tenant, affordable housing and fair housing training to property management companies throughout Southern California. She is also a board member of the California Apartment Association. She is the author of several landlord/tenant articles available on Kimball, Tirey & St. John’s website.
