Graduated with a Degree in Accounting. Spent the last decade in the housing market. 8 of which was in the Multi Family space with Apartments.com and CoStar where he supported his client’s strategies in Marketing and Market Analytics. Companies such as Alliance, Greystar, Irvine Company, as well as regional owner/operators with 3,000-15,000 units. He is the Account Executive for California. He refers to our state as the wild west of RBP as prior to taking over the region, RBP was still not a common term in our market.  In 2022 he helped Property Managers create $6,000,000 in coverable revenue through the Second Nature Resident Benefit Package. With the California markets success, he invited a panel of local property managers to share their experience in hopes that others may learn and implement the same RBP strategy to their business and increase profits for 2023.
