Licensed in 2002 when she first became employed by Sun City Lincoln Hills by Del Webb, Cheryl quickly found that real estate was her calling. Prior and subsequent experience in Human Resources/Administration roles paralleled property management in that she found herself working either between the employer and staff or between the property owner and tenant. Cheryl holds a Bachelor's Degree in business with licenses in both California and Nevada. Affiliations with larger brokerages included RE/Max and Coldwell Banker were valuable, but ultimately she became her own independent broker forming her new property management company in January 2021, called Recovery Realty out of Lincoln, CA.
