Lacey is an associate broker and has been working in Property Management for the last 7 years. She personally manages approximately 350 doors with the help of a brilliant team of badass ladies. She also acts as an assistant director for the Property Management Department, led by another fearless woman. Together they manage a department of around 1300 doors company wide. In her free time (of which there is little!) she enjoys fishing and hiking. She is currently attending Harvard School of Business and the University of Pennsylvania where she is studying the field of Positive Psychology. She hopes to bring what she learns to her business to promote a healthy and happy work life for team members, but also to better assist residents, owners, and vendors with a positive and collaborative experience with their property management experience.
