Keith T. Becker, MPM RMP, has been a rental industry professional for nearly three decades. Beginning in 1994, he has served as property manager, general manager and ultimately owner of DeDe’s Rentals in Santa Rosa, CA. Widely regarded as a thoughtful analyst of California housing regulations, Keith has been involved with industry trade organizations throughout his career. He served as President of CALNARPM (twice!), Regional Vice-President for NARPM, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the California Apartment Association. With the recent acquisition of DeDe’s Rentals by PURE Property Management, Keith’s current focus is his role as Director of Compliance and Education.
