Her commitment to property management extends to her work at Blue Palm Property Management, where she and her dedicated team oversee residential and commercial properties throughout Coastal Florida. Their efforts are concentrated in Flagler, Volusia, and Brevard Counties, where they strive to provide top-notch service and maintain the highest standards of property care. Jessica has been a driving force in expanding management portfolios in Florida for the past 11 years, with a particular focus on organic lead generation. Her innovative strategies and commitment to excellence have set new standards in the industry. In 2022, Jessica launched the #200livingrooms challenge, a successful initiative aimed at showcasing the diversity and creativity in growing Real Estate portfolios across the country. This project not only highlighted her innovative spirit but also her ability to engage and inspire a wide audience. In addition to her professional achievements, Jessica hosts “BD Mastermind,” a monthly growth-focused mastermind group for Brokers and Business Development Managers (BDMs) nationwide. These Zoom meetings provide a platform for industry leaders to share insights, discuss challenges, and explore new opportunities for growth. Jessica is the 2025 Past President of NARPM FL State and was awarded NARPM National Volunteer of the year in 2024. And it was just announced, she was recently nominated to serve on the National NARPM Board of Directors for a 3 year term.
