F. Catch the Wave of Success: Financial Solutions for Every Scenario - Panel
The average property manager is intimately involved with the financial outcomes and decisions of their investor clients on a daily basis. Additionally, the success of each property management company is highly dependent on its understanding and handling of its own finances. Despite this, there is a significant lack of knowledge and awareness amongst the property management community of what types of products and solutions are available to them or their investor clients, and how they can best utilize these products and services to move their business, and their investors’ interests forward. In this panel presentation, we will highlight the value of using different financial services, ranging from accounting and bookkeeping, to banking, to real estate investment services. We will cover topics such as cash flow management, budgeting for corporate capex and growth, piercing the corporate veil, financial accountability and transparency, managing large sums within trust accounts and maximizing excess revenue streams; speaking the language of your investor, products to scale your client's portfolio and more!
