Surviving the Storm: Riding the Wave of Preparedness Before Disaster Strikes

I would like to speak on preparing for and dealing with a natural disaster in your market. How to best support your employees, residents and investors when the @#*t hits the fan. In the past 7 years, our area has experienced 4 major wildfires, one of which resulted in our portfolio losing 28 homes in one night. I will share my experience and learnings from dealing with multiple disasters that resulted in loss of property and life in our community. I'll explain what we did to support our team, residents and investors - which in turn created a positive impact in our community. We'll review the role of the property manager in these situations, and what you can do to set yourself up for success when everything is falling apart around you.
