Anne-Michelle Frances is a Senior Paralegal and has managed the Eviction Service Center since 2005 where her expertise has been within all aspects of the Unlawful Detainer process. In 2016, she was on a mission to make her job location independent, so when the pandemic hit in 2020, she transitioned her office into 100% remote work, then moved to Baja California Sur, Mexico with her four children while continuing to specialize in evictions and serve landlords in California. She changed her office and changed her life, all by implementing systems that allowed her to outsource and scale. She is a featured speaker for NARPM and Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, and she manages a wildly popular Facebook Group for landlords-only called Handling Problem Tenants LIKE A BOSS (www.facebook.com/groups/problem-tenants) where she hosts live educational videos every Thursday at 11am PST. She’s passionate about providing ongoing education regarding the legal process to property managers as well as teaching entrepreneurs how to create and delegate systems that enable automation and the utilization of virtual assistants to outsource specific job functions based on a business owner’s working strengths and personal/family values.
