Barbara has been working in the property management industry since 1981, starting out as Office Manager for a small firm. She has been a Bookkeeper, On-Site Manager for multi-family projects, and a Property Manager of up to 200 single family homes. Barbara is currently a Supervising Manager for Sacramento Delta Property Management, overseeing the portfolios of six Agents representing 1000+ homes. She has been married 33 years, and she and her husband have three children and two grandchildren.
Matt Prandi Borries, was literally born into the business. Vice President of PRANDI Property Management, and son of Melissa Prandi, he earned his California Real Estate License in 2007 and has since earned his Broker’s License. He works closely with the rest of the PRANDI staff, managing a diverse portfolio throughout all of Marin County.
Also an avid photographer, our marketing department utilizes Matt’s professional wide-angle camera equipment to highlight the highly sought-after features each of our properties offer. Many of Matt’s images have graced the walls of galleries around the county, and he is the talent behind all of our property marketing photos. Matt also enjoys meeting new people and loves to surf.
Bob Davie is the Broker/Owner of San Diego Residential Property Management, a San Diego based property management firm. Although born in southern California, Bob grew up in the Phoenix area and attended Arizona State University, receiving a degree in Management. Bob has 30 years of professional business experience, much of that time spent in the real estate and property management fields where he has acquired tremendous expertise in marketing, handling landlord/tenant issues, communication, managing client expectations together with providing exemplary customer service. Bob serves in several industry and community based organizations – He is the past President of the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, current state treasurer for Cal-NARPM, is a past member of the Board of Directors of his local Rotary International Club, and is a member of the San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors as well as the local Rancho Bernardo Business Association. He volunteers his time to speak publicly on various real estate and property management related topics to local groups and organizations.
Ms. Wares is an Attorney at the Law Offices of Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP in the northern California Landlord-Tenant Practice Group where she provides counsel and represents owners and management companies in Unlawful Detainer actions. Dana is passionate about her practice, and is dedicated to protecting the rights of Property Managers and Owners in California. She is results focused, and driven to ensuring that her clients are always provided with the most effective and efficient solution to any legal challenge they face.
Cheryl R. Chase-Berkson holds a B.A. from Fresno State University, an M.A. from Texas Tech University, has been a licensed California Real Estate Agent since 1976, and obtained her Broker’s License in 1980. After years of working for several real estate companies, she founded her own company, Chase Pacific, in 1988 and added property management to her services. She became interested and proficient in the management business by being the manager of the property management department for one of the largest real estate companies in San Diego. Her experience expanded through her involvement in professional organizations, such as NARPM, CALNARPM, the San Diego County Apartment Association, National Apartment Association, San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the Better Business Bureau, the Poway Chamber Of Commerce, and the Small Business Association. Her areas of service in these organizations include Chairman of the Legislative/Governmental Affairs Committee and current Secretary for the San Diego Chapter of NARPM; Secretary, Vice President, and current 2016/2017 President of CALNARPM; member of the San Diego Association of Realtors Grievance Committee; Past President, Vice President, and Secretary for several local business organizations, and current President and Secretary for two others.
Her company has been honored with the highest A+ BBB rating and has been listed as one of the top property management companies in the San Diego Business Journal for the last several years. She is also a NARPM designee. Her business and life philosophy is to treat others the way one would like to be treated – The Golden Rule, and to seek peace and resolve issues through good listening, thorough thinking, and ethical conduct. She enjoys reading, traveling, writing, church and mission work, gardening, and walking. She has also learned that having a good sense of humor, knowing how to prioritize and focus, remaining flexible, putting other’s needs ahead of one’s own, and having a positive “why not” attitude versus a negative “what if” attitude are key elements to success, both professionally and personally.
Cheryl was a single parent for 33 years and is now married with a blended family of 5 children and 2 grandchildren.
Alex’s professional mission in life is to help small businesses grow and thrive. He is the President and CEO of Fourandhalf.com and is serving his 5th year on the Board of Directors for CALNARPM.
